AAA is seeking an Insurance Business Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure accurate and compliant insurance operations. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and adherence to standardized sales techniques while maintaining strong customer service standards.

You will oversee recruiting, development, and performance management across the insurance team, ensuring effective deployment of resources and collaboration with regional leaders to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years Insurance sales experience.
• 1–3 years Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced knowledge of SSC selling approach.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Licensed in Property & Casualty in selling state.
• Aslan High-Performance Sales Coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct tasks to attain sales goals and policy accuracy.
• Mentor Insurance Business Managers using ASLAN coaching.
• Direct sales/service tasks to grow net policyholders and retention.
• Ensure compliance with member service standards and marketing guidelines.
• Monitor productivity and customer satisfaction, identify improvement areas.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; plan career paths and mentorship.
• Provide updates to leadership; prepare reports for regional managers.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain sales processes.
