Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Missouri seeks an Insurance Business Manager Trainee to learn and drive sales and service performance. The role focuses on coaching a high-performing team, applying standardized sales techniques, and ensuring profitability and compliance with club standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of insurance sales experience and a background in leadership, training, and mentoring. Occasional travel and a strong customer-service orientation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 4–6 years Insurance sales experience required.
• 1–3 years Management/Supervisory preferred.
• Advanced communication skills, and knowledge of SSC selling approach.
• Licensure: Property & Casualty in selling state; Associate in General Insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct tasks to meet sales goals and improve new policy accuracy.
• Mentor Insurance Business Managers in performance coaching methods.
• Direct sales and service tasks to grow net policyholder count and retention.
• Ensure compliance with member service standards and marketing guidelines.
• Maintain staffing levels, recruit effectively, and train personnel on new programs.
• Communicate results through meetings and reports to leadership; coordinate across teams.
