You must communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high retention. A valid driver's license and insurance licenses are required, with training provided for success in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Licenses in Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
