The position is office-based with on-site and off-site activities under direction, offering opportunities to advance after training completion. Expect a structured onboarding and growth in insurance product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• 1–3 years insurance sales/service preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products using SSC fundamentals and complete underwriting documentation.
• Sell Club memberships and promote services and products.
• Develop sales leads and manage time to achieve goals.
• Cross-sell opportunities to balance product mix.
• Provide insurance policy service and update records as needed.
• Attend meetings and complete timecards and documentation.
