Auto Club Enterprises seeks an Insurance Business Manager Trainee in Missouri to learn insurance sales, service, and profitability. You will develop a high-performing team, apply standardized sales techniques, and work toward the Insurance Performance Scorecard targets under regional leadership.

The role emphasizes coaching, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel is occasional; strong leadership and licensing prerequisites are required for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• 4–6 years insurance sales experience required.
• 1–3 years management/supervisory preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Advanced knowledge of the SSC selling approach.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience in training/recruiting and mentoring.
• Competitive and persistent mindset.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• Property & Casualty license in selling state.
• Associate in General Insurance credential.
• Aslan High Performance Sales Coaching knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct sales goals and policy issuance activities.
• Mentor managers using Aslan HPC coaching.
• Guide sales/service tasks to grow net policyholders.
• Ensure compliance with member service standards and marketing guidelines.
• Maximize location productivity and service quality.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and career development.
• Communicate with teams and prepare leadership reports.
• Participate in inter-departmental meetings and training.
• Travel occasionally for off-site meetings (about 5%).
