Job summary

AAA is seeking an Insurance Business Manager Trainee in Missouri to learn and lead a high-performing team responsible for achieving sales and service objectives. You will mentor staff, direct sales activities, and ensure profitability and compliance with club standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop personnel, demonstrate leadership, and drive performance across onboarding, coaching, and daily operations to meet district goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 4–6 years insurance sales required.
• 1–3 years management/supervisory preferred.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills required.
• Advanced knowledge of the SSC selling approach.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Advanced leadership/managerial skills required.
• Prior training/recruiting and coaching experience.
• Demonstrated competitive and persistent nature.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum liability insurance - issued by state.
• State-issued Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Associate in General Insurance required.
• Aslan High Performance Sales Coaching and Performance – ASLAN required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct tasks to attain sales goals and improve policy accuracy.
• Mentor Insurance Business Managers in Aslan HPC.
• Direct sales and service tasks to increase net policyholder retention and ensure Successful Sales Calls.
• Ensure compliance with member service standards and marketing guidelines.
• Maximize productivity and member service while deploying resources effectively.
• Support recruitment and staffing, and train personnel on new programs and changes.
• Communicate updates to the sales team via meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate across departments to provide timely reports to management.
• Encourage entrepreneurial creativity while adhering to corporate initiatives.
