David Francesangelo - State Farm Agent is hiring in Texas for an insurance sales role. You will design Auto/Home/Life/Health solutions, reach out to prospects, and manage a growing client pipeline with a focus on growth and advancement within a supportive team.

The position offers a base plus commissions with licensing bonuses and exam reimbursements, plus training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in a dynamic insurance and financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Texas and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to commute to the office daily 8:30–5:30, Monday–Friday.
• If not licensed, obtain at least one Texas General Lines Insurance Producers License; exam materials reimbursed.
• Bonuses available for passing exams.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized insurance solutions through Auto, Home, Life, and Health products and present to prospects.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage new prospects through referrals and community outreach.
• Complete daily sales tasks and actively prospect for additional life, health, and financial services opportunities.
• Manage your pipeline—track activity daily and hit weekly/monthly goals.
• Participate in team role-plays and training to sharpen your skills continuously.
• Actively pursue additional opportunities through referrals and your personal network.
• Prepare detailed prospect notes and reminders within CRM software.
