Job summary

David Francesangelo State Farm is hiring an Account Representative in Irving, TX to launch a career in insurance and financial services. This full-time role offers coaching, a clear career path, and strong earning potential with commission on top of an hourly base.

You’ll engage prospects via calls, texts and emails, design tailored insurance plans, and grow your client pipeline while advancing through ongoing training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Texas and able to commute to the office daily.
• Must obtain at least one Texas General Lines Insurance Producer’s License.
• Willing to terminate other active insurance carrier appointments.
• Pass a background check required for State Farm appointment.
• Able to make 100+ phone calls per day and discuss insurance with prospects for 2+ hours daily.
• Goal-oriented, competitive and self-motivated.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts and emails to engage new prospects.
• Complete daily sales tasks and actively prospect for life, health and financial services opportunities.
• Design personalized insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life and Health.
• Manage your pipeline and hit weekly/monthly goals.
• Participate in team role-plays and trainings to sharpen skills.
• Pursue additional opportunities through referrals and your network.
• Prepare prospect notes and reminders in CRM.
