Job summary

Walter Casanas State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and advising clients on insurance solutions. You will drive outbound sales, quote, and present auto, home, life, and business insurance while using the CRM to track interactions and meet targeted goals in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Life Insurance and Property & Casualty licenses in New Jersey required.
• Office schedule 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM software and basic computer apps.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct at least 5 new quoting conversations each day, accurately assessing customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Complete detailed fact-finding sheets for each prospect to gather essential information and ensure personalized product recommendations.
• Present and explain a variety of insurance products, including life, auto, home, renters, boat, and business insurance, aligning options with customer requirements.
• Participate actively in weekly team trainings and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
