David Francesangelo - State Farm Agent in Irving, TX is seeking a full-time Customer Service representative to join a growing local office. You will review policies and accounts, answer inbound calls, explain changes, retain customers, and schedule appointments.

You will collaborate with the team to learn State Farm products, achieve personal growth, and provide friendly service with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Texas and able to commute to the Irving office daily.
• Warm, sincere and outgoing personality.
• Must obtain Texas Producers Insurance License prior to starting.
• Willing to make 30–50 inbound calls per day and 20–40 outbound.
• Able to navigate a CRM and coordinate office tasks via Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the office by answering inbound calls from customers.
• Respond to customer emails and texts within 12–36 hours.
• Review policies and accounts, explain rate changes, and retain business.
• Schedule appointments and conduct new customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with the team to develop skills and processes.
