Qualifications

• Must be located in Texas and able to commute to the office daily, Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30.
• Licensing study materials and license fee reimbursable; bonuses for passing exams.
• Licenses include: Property & Casualty, Life & Health.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage new prospects.
• Complete daily sales tasks and actively prospect for additional life, health, and financial services opportunities.
• Design personalized insurance solutions with Auto, Home, Life, and Health products.
• Manage your pipeline; track activity daily and hit weekly/monthly goals.
• Participate in team role-plays and training to sharpen skills.
• Pursue opportunities through referrals and your network.
• Prepare detailed prospect notes and reminders in CRM.
