Qualifications

• Must be located in the DFW metroplex and eligible for employment in the United States.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Meet or exceed daily sales activities (outbound calls, quotes, talk-time, product sales).
• Willingness to invest in yourself and think long-term as an insurance & financial services advisor.
• Must obtain Texas Insurance Licenses prior to starting; licenses reimbursed upon joining.
• Bonuses available for passing exams; licensure includes Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
• Eventually obtain securities licenses (SIE, Series 63/65); Series 6 possible through State Farm.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects and design sales strategies.
• Implement marketing tactics and develop leads.
• Network, set daily/weekly/monthly goals, educate prospects, and cultivate customer relationships.
