David Francesangelo State Farm is seeking a full-time Insurance & Financial Services Advisor in the Irving–Las Colinas area to protect families and help them plan for the future with State Farm's insurance and advisory products.

As part of a thriving team, you will manage prospects, design sales strategies, develop leads, educate customers, and pursue the required licenses over time, with base plus commission and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the DFW metroplex and eligible to work in the United States.
• Meet or exceed daily sales activities (outbound calls, quotes, talk-time, product sales).
• Willingness to invest in yourself and pursue long-term as an insurance & financial services advisor.
• Must obtain Texas Insurance Licenses prior to starting; license fee reimbursed on joining.
• Property & Casualty License and/or Life & Health License; securities licenses pursued later (SIE, Series 63/65).
• Comfortable with base salary + commission structure.
• Growth mindset; resilient to rejection.
• Genuine interest in helping others protect themselves and invest for the future.
• Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products; willingness to learn.
• Coachable; follow proven methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects and design sales strategies.

• Cultivate relationships with customers and cross-sell advisory products.
