Job summary

David Dean State Farm is seeking a full-time, in-office Insurance Sales Associate in Indianapolis. You’ll build relationships with clients, explore coverage needs, and help families protect what matters most while earning performance-based bonuses.

You'll start in a customer-facing role, then advance into sales-focused positions as you demonstrate results. Training and mentorship are provided, with licensing support for Indiana Property & Casualty and Life & Health as needed.
