Job summary

The role offers a base hourly rate of $20 plus potential commissions and bonuses, with a multi-tiered training program and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales or related experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation.
• Develop relationships in the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards and customer experience.
