Qualifications

• Banking, financial services or insurance experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems with accuracy and speed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer and business partner inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide Tier 1 support by answering questions and navigating customer accounts.
• Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems.
• Elevate complex inquiries when needed and assist with follow-up communications.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services and support resources to deliver quality service.
