As a licensed CSR, you will establish lasting client relationships, process policy changes, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active licenses in Auto, Fire, Life, and Health are required.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications as requested.
• Maintain timely activity reports and collaborate with team to meet goals.
