You’ll assist with billing, policy service and system support while building productive relations across agency partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are required, including solid verbal communication and professional writing.
• Must have initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems; MS Office is preferred.
• Must have basic math skills and learn basic knowledge of insurance products.
• Must work from our office in Lincoln, Nebraska or other listed locations. Training hours 8:00–16:30 for ~10–12 weeks; post-training schedule may vary with business needs.
