Qualifications

• Licensing required prior to start for Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, text, and walk-ins.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
• Remain calm, empathetic, and professional in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk experience and be the first contact for customers.
• Identify customer needs and proactively resolve questions or problems.
• Handle upset customers with empathy and professionalism, explain the reason behind actions.
• Manage underwriting memos to ensure timely policy processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records in agency systems.
• Educate customers on additional products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front office environment.
