Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Life & Health insurance license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain insurance coverages clearly

Responsabilités

• Generate insurance quotes and provide tailored coverage recommendations to clients
• Sell auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance products
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with exceptional service
• Develop sales, prospecting, networking, and client retention skills
• Monitor and achieve performance metrics and sales targets
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to enhance knowledge and skills
• Contribute to business growth through marketing, networking, and community engagement
