Job summary

Meyling Marin-Farmers Insurance Agency in Riverside, CA is seeking a motivated Full-Time Customer Service Representative. No prior insurance experience is required; we will train you to succeed in a dynamic, growth-minded environment.

You will process policy changes, collect documents, handle premium payments, and provide ongoing client support while exploring cross-sell opportunities for bundled discounts. A license path is provided to obtain Property & Casualty coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service excellence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships from a cold start and grow accounts.
• Prior sales experience helpful and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
• Cross-sell existing monoline clients; offer bundles for discounts.
