No prior insurance experience required; we provide training to obtain a Property & Casualty license. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and sales skills will help you grow professionally in a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license is needed and we will guide you to get it if you do not have one.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Cross sell existing monoline clients. Offer bundle for more discounts
