Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License – Required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – Required
• Prior Commercial Insurance experience – Not Required
• Willingness to learn Commercial Insurance

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) within the same day of request
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals within the same day
• Respond to billing inquiries and coverage questions
• Provide day-to-day support to commercial clients
• Maintain accurate client files, documentation, and follow-up tasks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients
• Learn Commercial Insurance products, coverages, and processes through training and hands-on experience
• Work closely with the team to ensure excellent service and a positive client experience
• Develop the skills and knowledge needed to grow into a successful Commercial Insurance professional
• Contribute to agency growth through client service, retention, and sales opportunities
