You will help customers with inquiries about insurance availability, coverage options, policy changes, and billing, while coordinating with agency teammates to deliver outstanding service.

The role emphasizes needs-based education, upselling when appropriate, and contributing to the agency's growth through positive reviews and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• 2+ years in customer service experience preferred.
• Able to relate to customers and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication to assist customers and coordinate with agency team members.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain P&C, Life, Accident, Health and Sickness Insurance Licenses.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance options and identify gaps in coverage.
• Use effective communication to meet customer needs while promoting business development.
• Upselling of higher coverages or additional lines of business.
• Drive the growth of our office Google reviews.
