- Experience in insurance coverage or related litigation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
- Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Manage matters, deadlines, and client communication proactively.
