BCG Attorney Search is recruiting attorneys to join a growing insurance coverage practice in Miami, FL. The role focuses on representing insurers in complex coverage litigation, including CGL and excess policies, with hybrid work flexibility.

Candidates should have a JD and be admitted to practice (California bar preferred; other jurisdictions considered). Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and time-sensitive

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in California; other bar admissions considered for experienced candidates.
• Experience in insurance coverage, coverage litigation, or commercial litigation with an interest in insurance coverage.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage matters, deadlines, and client communication proactively.
