You will conduct legal research, draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents, and meet with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties. Hybrid work setup and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance coverage, coverage litigation, or commercial litigation with an interest in insurance coverage.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Manage matters, deadlines, and client communication proactively.
