The role involves drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, researching insurance policies, and representing clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations. A Colorado license is required.

• Over five years of insurance coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
• Submit filings to the court.
