KLA Industries seeks a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice Group in a hybrid Miami, FL setting. The candidate will handle complex coverage litigation and market conduct matters for domestic and international insurers.

The ideal attorney has a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with honors, Florida bar admission, 2–4 years of litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage, and strong research and writing skills.

Qualificações

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Law Review and/or Honors on resume or law school activities.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives.
