Qualifikationen

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Experience analyzing insurance policies and coverage issues preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent drafting, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and memoranda.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions and recommendations for insurer clients.
• Provide clear, actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence.
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Engage in direct communication with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives.
