The successful candidate will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide actionable recommendations while handling depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. The role offers a hybrid work model, collaboration with senior attorneys, and exposure to high-profile matters.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Law Review and/or Honors required.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive litigation experience focused on insurance coverage matters.
• Ability to draft litigation-related documents and provide coverage recommendations.
• Experience with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Familiarity with bad faith insurance, CGL, and E&O matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear, actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections for litigation readiness.
• Engage with domestic and international insurers; collaborate with partners.
