Unknown International Law Firm in Miami seeks a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage Practice Group. This role involves handling complex coverage disputes and market conduct matters for domestic and international insurers, with exposure to high-value matters on a global platform.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and active Florida bar admission.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage matters.

Responsabilités

• Analyze insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions.
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Engage in communication with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives.
