Job Juncture is assisting a leading international law firm in seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Coverage in Miami, FL. The role combines complex coverage disputes with high-exposure matters, offering substantial development within a global platform.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience focused on insurance coverage, an active Florida Bar, and a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited school.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Law Review and/or Honors.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide clear and actionable coverage recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and other research tools.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
• Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation.
• Engage with domestic and international insurers.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to advance case objectives.
