The role emphasizes educating clients, negotiating with carriers, and providing tailored recommendations while upholding our standards of integrity and service. You will work with a collaborative team and contribute to growth.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, including negotiating with carriers and preparing materials.
• Analysis: determine acceptability and placement of coverage and provide recommendations for improved coverage.
• Update customer information in the agency management system.
• Up sell & cross sell with colleagues to find and pursue opportunities.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, procedures, and workflows; maintain quality control and confidentiality.
