Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Insurance Client Management team and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
• Manage and issue certificates of insurance for the Business Insurance book assigned.
• Collaborate with Account teams: negotiate with carriers, prepare materials, and order policies.
• Update customer information in the agency management system.
• Verify certificate coverages match policies and comply with state law.
• Provide effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, maintain file documentation, and protect confidentiality.
