Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Executive to grow existing client relationships and provide exceptional service across assigned accounts. You will support branch priorities, counsel clients on additional insurance lines, and help drive revenue growth while maintaining operational standards.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in client service or 10+ years with a HS diploma, Florida 2-20 license, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience or 10+ years with a HS diploma.
• Must hold Florida 2-20 license and be able to travel up to 25%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and in using technology to maximize productivity.
• Experience in managing client relationships; strong written and verbal communication.

• Counsel clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases based on risk exposure.
