Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Broker/Account Manager in our Executive Lines practice to support a diverse portfolio of clients. You will partner with brokers and carriers to market accounts, negotiate terms, and ensure accurate submissions and documentation.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, multi-priority management, and delivering exceptional client service while aligning with firm growth objectives across management and professional liability lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years related experience.
• License required.
• Experience in commercial insurance, wholesale brokerage, underwriting, account management, or related insurance discipline.
• Knowledge of Executive Lines products (D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Cyber Liability, Professional Liability, Management Liability).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a diverse Executive Lines book of business, including new and renewal accounts.
• Partner with brokers and producers to market accounts and develop competitive insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with carrier partners, underwriters, and key contacts.
• Prepare submissions, analyze coverage options, and assist in negotiating terms and pricing.
• Coordinate the placement process from submission through binding and policy issuance.
• Review policy documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to client, producer, and carrier inquiries promptly.
• Monitor renewal timelines and actively manage account activity for exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and contribute to organic growth.
• Stay informed on market trends, carrier appetite changes, and emerging exposures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a positive client experience and achieve business objectives.
