Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Executive to ensure exceptional service for our clients and to actively manage client accounts. You will collaborate with the sales team to drive client satisfaction and renewals, while guiding Client Service Associates and fostering a learning environment.

You will prepare RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, support negotiations, and develop client presentations. Travel up to 25% and a commitment to Gallagher’s ethical standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR high school diploma with 8+ years experience
• Active Life & Health license
• Able to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with a focus on self-funded business
• Collaborate with sales to ensure client satisfaction and renewal targets
• Lead and develop Client Service Associates
• Prepare client deliverables and RFPs; coordinate vendor responses
• Support negotiations and analyze proposal results
• Guide new hires and account associates
• Promote Gallagher tools and resources to clients
• Commit to Gallagher’s ethical standards and The Gallagher Way
