You will be the main point of contact for client service requests, assist with policy changes and endorsements, and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, timely client communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a professional insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Producers with documentation and client follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records within agency management systems.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
