Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage insurance programs, implement policy changes, update client data, and collaborate with the servicing team to deliver exceptional service. This role calls for strong communication, organization, and a client-first mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma (or higher) and may have a background in insurance; licenses are a plus and could be obtained after hire.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance programs and execute policy changes for clients.
• Update client information and facilitate collaboration with servicing teams.
• Provide exceptional client service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
