Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a service professional to provide support for designated clients and new business. You will work with the team leader to manage enrollment materials, communicate benefits, and maintain client booklets for accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and proficiency with MS Office. You will coordinate meetings, maintain HIPAA agreements, and support wellness program initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years related work experience.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor.
• Valid Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients to respond to inquiries concerning service accounts.
• Manages enrollment materials and binder checks, and reviews contracts for accuracy.
• Coordinates and conducts employee meetings and enrollment processes.
• Develops and prepares communication materials for clients.
• Maintains regular contact with clients to enhance relationships.
• Coordinates client health programs and wellness fairs.
• Maintains HIPAA Business Associate Agreements on file for all clients.
• Maintains internal reporting systems on clients and policies.
• Stays abreast of insurance regulations affecting clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
