Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two or more years related work experience.
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
Valid Insurance License.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries concerning service accounts and client questions.
Manage enrollment materials, master applications, and underwriting documents.
Coordinate and conduct employee meetings and prepare enrollment materials.
Develop and prepare client communications and maintain client information sheets.
Maintain HIPAA agreements and ensure data integrity in the agency system.
Keep up-to-date on insurance legislation affecting clients and the industry.
