Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide service for designated clients and new business.

You will work with the team leader and service colleagues to ensure accurate enrollment materials, timely communication, and strong client relationships. The role emphasizes coordinating implementation items, preparing enrollment materials, and maintaining up-to-date contracts and HIPAA agreements across all lines of coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years related work experience.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor.
• Valid Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients to respond to inquiries concerning service accounts.
• Manages enrollment materials and HIPAA/BOA agreements for all clients.
• Coordinates implementation items and enrollment meetings.
• Develops and prepares client communications materials.
• Maintains regular contact with clients to enhance relationships.
• Organizes client health programs and wellness events.
• Maintains team and client information sheets and book of business.
• Ensures booklets and agreements are up to date for all lines of coverage.
• Maintains internal reporting systems on clients and policies.
• Stays informed on legislations affecting clients and the insurance industry.
• Complies with data standards and integrity in the agency system.
