Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support and customer service to clients.
• Creates census files for proposals and renewing business.
• Processes individual and group applications.
• Composes general correspondence with clients and carriers.
• Interacts with clients to respond to inquiries concerning service accounts.
• Maintains professional relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
• Coordinates appropriate resources to address client management needs.
• Ensures data standards and integrity in agency management system.
