Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks an experienced administrative professional to support agents and agencies, handling marketing and sales administration, client meetings, new business enrollments, and compliance tasks. The role includes IT support, CRM training, and general team support.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of admin experience in a sales or recruiting setting, exposure to health/life insurance processes, and a license. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative experience in sales or recruiting environment or financial services office.
• Experience with Senior Health Insurance/Medicare plans (quoting, enrollment) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for new and existing relationships
• Liaises with support teams for escalations related to new business, commissions, contracting, and technology platforms
• Provides marketing and CRM system training, administration and implementation
• Assists agents with website navigation, supply ordering, commission statements, and app status
• Maintains confidential client files with accuracy and security in line with compliance standards
• Resolves escalated agent concerns or issues
• Proactively reaches out to agents for carrier items, certifications, webinars, and co-op reimbursement
• Shares knowledge of different lines of business and answers questions as appropriate
• Manages proactive communications to TR including newsletters and carrier bulletins
• Acts as a resource on carrier processes and procedures
• Seeks recruiting opportunities
