Overview

Insurance Client Service Specialist role at Marsh McLennan Agency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Center and Remarketing to ensure quality service at a support level.
• Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectation of the client (both internal and external).
• Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts.
• Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team with open, effective communication and timely follow-up.

Shift

10:15 am to 7:15 pm

Licensing

Position requires Property & Casualty Insurance License. McGriff will provide licensing course and licensing exam. Teammates will be given two attempts to pass the exam.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset
• Strong team player work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals
• Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products

Preferred qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance Experience
• Property & Casualty License
