Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Greensboro, NC, seeks a Senior Client Manager for Business Insurance to drive client relationships, analyze coverage, and negotiate with carriers. You will mentor junior staff, prepare proposals and resolve billing issues, leveraging MMA’s national resources with local service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Insurance designations (INS/AAI/CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk‑management recommendations, and negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers.
• Prepare proposals and resolve billing issues.
• Mentor Client Service Associates by developing their policy‑checking skills and coverage knowledge.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC.
• Experience working with trucking clients and captives a plus.
• Working toward CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
