Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, or similar field.
• Three or more years of insurance client service experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
• CIC or CRM designation encouraged.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead service contact for assigned book of business.
• Manage client renewal process with timely execution and quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales for onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain 96%+ client retention and pursue growth opportunities.
• Support engagement strategy and back up at all support levels.
• Grow insurance knowledge and pursue professional designations.
