Qualifications

• Two or more years of insurance client service experience.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CIC or CRM designation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact to clients for an assigned book of business, ensuring timely responsiveness and escalation as needed.
• Onboard new clients with staff to ensure complete and accurate information meeting agency standards.
• Manage client renewal process and ensure timely, quality completion of activities.
• Support relationship development with clients, carrier partners, resources, and internal teams to foster long-term partnerships.
