Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, risk management, or related field.
• 2+ years of insurance client service experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries and document them.
• Process daily service needs like endorsements, proofs, audits.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with new and renewal processes, including proposals and statements.
• Support invoicing/billing questions and Surplus Lines filings.
